‘Open Season’ on Christian Healthcare

Becket Fund attorney Luke Goodrich is warning that the Biden administration could create an “open season” scenario with its recent rule proposal to force religious medical workers to take part in “gender transition” surgeries and abortions.

Lawyers like Goodrich are working to prevent that aim from becoming a reality.

“If we lose, that means all these tens of thousands of religious doctors and hospitals all across the country are subject to massive financial penalties,” said Goodrich.
